LEAD Consulting Conference is a one-of-a-kind interactive learning experience, which will help you sharpen your leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the culture of EY, interact with their staff, and establish connections. Learn how a career in professional services can be an exciting, challenging, and rewarding experience. Get ready for an exciting day to step into the shoes of an EY leader!

As a part of this conference, you will be taking part in an interactive challenge that will help you hone your leadership skills and adapt to different challenges. In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn from a diverse panel of speakers who will share insights on what it takes to succeed in the industry. You will also see what EY is doing to develop their workforce diversity and some of the many initiatives they have in place, all of which make EY an incredibly unique firm to work for.
