Headspace is an app that through evidence-based meditation and mindfulness tools, mental health coaching, therapy, psychiatry and more, can help you create life-changing habits to support your mental health and find a healthier, happier you.
Students are able to sign up to receive access to our headspace account. Spots are limited and so it will work on a first-come-first-serve basis. This will work on a borrowing system where you will be given full access to headspace for at least 1 week and then the next person in line will be given access (if there is no one else waiting in the queue, your duration will be extended). Students will be emailed when they have received access to the account. This is a great resource to learn how to practice meditation and mindfulness, manage your sleep, and reduce stress.
