We invite professionals and students with disabilities to No Limits: A Fireside Chat with Ari Small, the 2022 Tom Wilson Leadership in Disability Award Winner. Ari will share how he successfully navigates having a career and living a full life with a disability – and tips for success.

Ari Small joined McKinsey & Company as a consultant within their implementation practice in 2021. Prior to working at the Firm, he served as an officer in the US Army where he spent the bulk of his military career in Special Operations as a Ranger. Ari has been dedicated to disability advocacy and awareness throughout his personal and professional life, leading to his selection for the 2022 Leadership in Disability Award.

The conversation will be followed by networking with Bell, CIBC, IBM, Microsoft, Rogers, and TD. Connect one-on-one with representatives to discuss outstanding internships and careers and build relationships for future career growth.
