Equity, diversity, and inclusion are mission-critical pieces of our culture at McMaster and DeGroote. As part of this community, we want to ensure that we are taking an intentional approach in identifying and achieving institution-wide equity, diversity, and inclusion priorities and goals. In our ongoing efforts to shape a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable future, the MBAA is excited to announce the formation of an independent student-led Working Group – Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI).

EDI will be working together with MBAA, students, faculty, and administration to review, evaluate, and acknowledge where we have opportunities for enhancement and provide inclusive excellence across the community. We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals who want to join the new student-led EDI Working Group.
