Paul Stothart Memorial Scholarship Opportunity

Each year, the Mining Association of Canada (MAC) awards $3,500 to a recipient of the Paul Stothart Memorial Scholarship in Mineral Economics.

Candidates must:

  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university studying either a Bachelor or Master of Economics, or a Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Demonstrate an interest in mineral economics.

Requirements:

Applicants will be considered based on their academic achievement, as well as their submission demonstrating their commitment to a career in Canada’s mining industry.

Visit the Mining Association of Canada website for more information and to apply by May 15. The recipient will be announced by June 30, and the scholarship will be awarded prior to September 1.
