Private Matters Psychotherapy presents: Mindful Slumber, Wholesome Plates Workshop!

What will you learn? Join PMP for an interactive journey that uncovers how proper nutrition and sleep patterns impact mental wellness. No registration required!

PMP will explore the impact of sleep and diet on mental health, discover practical strategies for improvement, and practice grounding techniques for emotional balance.

  • Time: 5:30-6:30 p.m.
  • Location: RJC 357

There will also be light refreshments offered to those who attend the workshop.
