Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) are core business drivers and values at RBC Capital Markets that enable clients to thrive and communities to prosper. RBC is dedicated to creating a culture of inclusion where all employees have the opportunity to bring their best selves and achieve their full potential.

D&I Discovery Day highlights the firm’s diverse and inclusive culture, with a spotlight on their active Employee Resource Group network and many student opportunities across Capital Markets. This virtual global program provides first-year students across North America an opportunity to engage in skill-building sessions while learning more about RBC’s culture, platform, people, and internship programs across all businesses.

On Friday, April 1, students from across Canada and the United States will participate in a half-day program (1 – 4 p.m. (EST)) led in partnership with RBC’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
