The RBC Leadership Development Program is designed to build future leaders through an accelerated two-year period with a focus in one of five streams: CFO Group, Internal Audit, Group Risk Management, Enterprise and Personal & Commercial Banking. Hear directly from program managers & associate(s) about this unique rotational program and how it provides an opportunity to develop yourself as a future leader at RBC.

  • Time: 3:30 – 5 pm
  • Location: 11th floor, 155 Wellington St., Toronto
  • Speakers: Program Managers and Associates – RBC Leadership Development Program

  • Eligibility: Students enrolled in MBA & Masters programs and graduating between Fall 2023 / Spring 2024 with a minimum of 3+ years prior work experience & eligible to work in Canada
