The Pre-Approved CPA Program is a 30 month rotational program where you will gain invaluable work experience as you are placed in teams of highly dedicated individuals across different areas of the organization. Students receive the competencies needed to meet CPA Ontario’s practical experience requirements and benefit from RBC’s strong in-house and external Common Final Examination (CFE) training programs. Students will be mentored and guided by successful CPAs, CAs with years of audit and business experience and supported by senior executives at RBC. The program is entering its 15th year of recruiting high-performing students who can begin in this role in October 2023 and become part of an elite group of CPA Associates at RBC!

You’re invited to join an In-person Session to learn about RBC’s Pre-Approved CPA Program and meet Alumni and the Program Team!
