Student ID Cards for MBA Students Who Do Not Yet Have Theirs

If you have not received your student ID card, read the steps you need to take:

  • Domestic MBA student
    • Ensure your mailing address is up to date in Mosaic
    • Contact the Office of the Registrar
  • International MBA student
    • Started the MBA program in Fall 2021:
      • If you uploaded your photo ID by the deadline of July 16, your student ID card will be ready for you at the Ron Joyce Centre during the first week of classes (September 27 – 30)
      • If you did not upload your photo by the July 16 deadline, contact the Office of the Registrar
      • If you are in a fully virtual semester for Fall 2021, wait until Winter 2022 to pick up your student card
    • Started the MBA program prior to Fall 2021:
      • Ensure your mailing address is up to date in Mosaic
      • Contact the Office of the Registrar
