The TD Finance and Accounting Associate Program (FAAP) is designed to attract, develop and retain top talent and build a leadership pipeline within the Finance organization. This opportunity is ideal for those who seek to be a generalist in a Finance and Accounting function.

Focus primarily on financial reporting, forecasting, planning and project assignments to provide an opportunity for growth, upward mobility and an understanding of the Finance and Accounting discipline throughout TD Bank Group.

Complete four customized 6-month rotations within TD Finance corporate groups, which can include:

  • Accounting Policy and Advisory
  • Business Finance Reporting (Wealth, Wholesale, TD Canada Trust, TD Insurance, Business Banking, etc.)
  • Corporate Finance Reporting (Technology, Digital Channels, Marketing, Enterprise Real Estate, etc.)
  • North American Management Reporting
  • Financial & Regulatory Reporting
  • Data Governance and Analytics
  • Digitization, Automation and Innovation
