Important Notice

For the latest information and updates about McMaster's response to COVID-19 (coronavirus) please visit the McMaster COVID-19 site.

Do you have a pitch for a club that you want to bring to life? This is your opportunity!

How it works:

  1. Submit your application package for approval by the DCS President and VP Internal: VPinternal@degrootecommerce.ca
  2. Present to the Board of Advisors at the Board of Advisors meeting during the first week of January (tentatively January 7)
  3. Your idea must be voted in by majority at the Board of Advisors meeting. The Board of advisors consists of:
    • One representative from each current DCS club
    • Each member of the DCS Executive Team

Review the application package and the DeGroote Commerce Society website for more information. Applications are due January 1, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. (EST)!

Questions? Email VPinternal@degrootecommerce.ca

Please note: Unlike previous years, clubs voted in will enter a probationary period of 1 year. The club WILL act as any other club would, independently. They would still be able to receive funding from the DCS as well as through sponsorship outreach.

We can’t wait to see your ideas!
