The Marquee Group – Python 1: Core Data Analysis

The faculty identified a few courses where Python prep would be beneficial for MBA/MFin students. They are listed below. The Marquee Group is hosting an in-person workshop at RJC 214 on June 2 for Python training.

Academic Courses

  • F743 Big Data in Finance
  • K740 Business Applications of Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence
  • O712 Data Analytics with Python

Python Training via Marquee
During this hands-on course, participants will gain the skills needed to develop Python programs to solve typical Finance problems, cutting through the noise of generic “Data Science” courses. Participants will be introduced to best-practices programming in Python to clean, manipulate, analyze, and visualize financial data. This seminar is designed for anyone who wish to learn and improve their programming skills and automate tasks in financial roles.
