Calling all undergraduate students graduating in 2025! If you are driven to make an impact, excited to solve problems, and eager to collaborate with talented individuals, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

The Toronto McKinsey Challenge is a two-day interactive event taking place on March 17 and 18, where students collaboratively create solutions to tackle a challenge faced by a local organization. During the Challenge, students will have the opportunity to work in teams to apply McKinsey’s problem-solving approach to a real business problem, network with McKinsey consultants, and learn more about the Firm. No prior consulting or case experience is expected and students from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply!
