The last day for enrolment and course changes (drop/add) was Tuesday, January 16. While that date has passed, you can still withdraw from a course.
Not sure what the difference is between dropping a course and withdrawing from a course? Dropped courses are removed from your student record and while associated tuition fees are also removed, there may still be financial consequences, like impacts to OSAP or loss of an entrance award.
Here’s what you need to know about withdrawing from a course:
- The last day to withdraw from a course without failure by default is Friday, March 15.
- Withdrawn courses remain on your student record as “withdrawn” (W), are subject to cancellation fees, and may have other financial consequences, such as impacts to OSAP or loss of an entrance award.
- If you decide to withdraw from a session, you must remove your courses from Mosaic, otherwise charges will remain.
After Friday, March 15, you will remain enrolled, whether or not you fulfill any further academic obligations, and a final grade will be assigned.
- Tuition and payment questions can be answered by the RO Student Services team using the “Chat with us now” function in the bottom right corner of the Office of the Registrar website.
- Make an appointment with an Academic Advisor using OSCARplus.
