Excitement is building for students who are completing their final academic term! Here is what you can expect:

Applying to Graduate – It is important that MBA students DO NOT “Apply to Graduate” in Mosaic. We have reviewed your student record and have updated your status to “Eligible to Graduate” in Mosaic (You should see this reflected in your Graduation Status.)

Log into Mosaic and confirm that your Academic Plan (specialization) is correct. If not, please submit a Graduate Studies eForm in Mosaic to request a plan change.

Check your Mosaic Home Page for the ‘Graduation’ tile. Click through and follow the instructions provided.

The convocation ceremony will take place in November (exact details TBA). All information regarding the ceremony, final degrees and final transcripts are managed centrally through the Office of the Registrar and is normally posted on the Office of the Registrar’s website in early Fall.

Graduation photos can be booked through LifeTouch. Click here to book now.

Check your McMaster email for messages from the Office of the Registrar throughout the term and into the fall. Instructions will be provided regarding registering to attend the ceremony, ordering guest tickets and arranging delivery of your degree if you do not plan to attend.
