The Investment Banking Student Mentorship Program is a voluntary initiative that provides selected students pursuing careers in Capital Markets with an improved understanding of the industry, opportunities to build networks, and professional development support.

If you identify as a woman or non-binary person, and are currently in the 1st or 2nd year of your undergraduate degree, the Investment Banking Student Mentorship Program will give you the opportunity to accelerate your career development.

  • Gain industry knowledge and leadership skills through monthly learning sessions
  • Learn directly from leaders of the various areas of Capital Markets to gain a broader industry view
  • Build your professional network through virtual and in-person VIP events
  • Improve resume, networking and interview skills
  • Secure a guaranteed interview for future summer CIBC Investment Banking opportunities!

This is not a paid position, but an opportunity to be mentored toward reaching your short and long-term career goals
