Event Overview: Physical strength and mental discipline – The practice of martial arts is the perfect way to get both your body and mind moving in times where there are limited opportunities to do so. The best part? You only need a bit of space and yourself to get started! This workshop is completely introductory and will cover basic movements, so invite a friend and join other beginners!
