If you are in your final year, you may be wondering “how do I know that I’m graduating this year?” or “what do I need to go to graduate or declare a minor?”

The Office of the Registrar has created a Graduation Checklist to guide you through the process of declaring your intention to graduate.

Key information:

  • Later in the Winter term, you will need to complete the Graduation Information Centre (GIC) when it appears on your Mosaic Student Centre. Stay tuned, more information will be shared in the Bulletin when it becomes live!
  •  If you have been working towards a Minor, or Certificate, you will declare this in your Minor/Certificate Application Centre when it becomes available on Mosaic. More details will be shared when this feature becomes available.

How do I know if I’m on track to graduate?
