As a McMaster student, there are a variety of supports and resources available to you, including counselling, medical care and wellness education. As the semester progresses, it’s important to take care of yourself academically and personally.

If you need support, please reach out to the Student Wellness Centre, or check out the list of student support resources found on the Student Support Services page.
