Submitted by Caitlin Costello for Student Experience

This Fall, Indigenous Student Services is offering a new course for incoming Indigenous students at McMaster, including high school graduates, mature students, transfer students, and students from partnership programs.

INDIGST 1G03 is a course that integrates cultural well-being with academic skill development for foundational success in undergraduate studies. Students who enroll in this course will receive an elective course credit towards their degree upon successful completion!

This course is offered as part of the Gaǫdadęihwahni:ya:s Transition Program. While the program is intended for new students, Indigenous students of all levels who would benefit from this course are welcome and encouraged to apply using this form.
