RBC Capital Markets: Diversity & Inclusion Discovery Day

D&I Discovery Day highlights RBC’s diverse and inclusive culture and spotlights their active Employee Resource Group network and the many student opportunities across Capital Markets platforms to top diverse talent.

The virtual global program will expose first year university and college students in Canada and the United States to RBC’s culture and provide opportunities to network across all businesses and levels.

Details:

Friday, March 31

  • Time: 1 – 4 pm (ET)
  • Location: Virtual – WebEx
  • Apply: rbc.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com
  • Apply with a one-page pdf resume by Sunday, March 12 at 11:59 pm (ET)
  • Invitations will be emailed to selected applicants on Friday, March 17

Eligibility:

  • Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate program with an expected graduation date between December 2025 – Spring 2026
  • A keen interest in the financial services industry and Diversity & Inclusion
  • This event is open to all first year university and college students from all academic programs (Business, Commerce/Finance, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math), and others).
